**About the role** We are searching for a Restaurant Manager to assist in running our busy front of house at our well established 150 seat Mexican restaurant located in Mangawhai Heads. We are looking for a confident Manager to move forward with us and become an integral part of our team. **Key responsibilities** * Liaising with dine in and take away customers * Ordering and stock management * Minor administration tasks * General drinks and cocktail preparation and storage * General support and management for front of house team * General cleaning and dishes * Training junior staff * Rostering
