**About the role** To assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef and all kitchen staff in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. All candidates are considered on character and attitude along with skill levels * Available for any evening functions as rostered * Be familiar with daily and ongoing menus, functions, specials etc. * Enjoy good systems * Ensure individual section and responsibilities are ready to meet daily, function and special requirements * Ensure the necessary stocks are on hand at the right quality and quantity * Ensure each component of a dish prepared is up to standard and properly cook
