**Your Impact** We’re looking for a people-focused **Brewing Team Leader** to help lead our brewing operations at our **Papakura** site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend time out in the brewery, supporting your team and keeping operations running safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You’ll lead approximately 10 operators on shift, manage rosters and performance, and work with the team to solve operational issues and identify practical improvements.
