**About the role** We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our precast concrete operation. **Key responsibilities** * Set up and prepare precast concrete moulds from plans and drawings. * Install reinforcing steel cages and cast-in components. * Pour, finish, and monitor concrete to required standards. * Remove finished products from moulds once cured. * Inspect, clean, and prepare products for lifting and storage. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment. * Assist with other duties as required by the Production Manager. **About you** * A strong work e
