**About the role** Adminis is known for its client care and as a Client Relationship Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive that standard of care, consistently. You will be a first point of resolution - not just first point of contact - for our clients. The role will require you to build and maintain the product, process and system knowledge to answer majority of enquiries, referring to subject matter experts where genuinely required.
