Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll be a member of the site Senior Leadership Team and a visible, trusted safety partner across the Albany site. You'll work closely with the Quality Manager, Engineering, Operations and other site leaders to help shape safety priorities and influence business decisions. This is a hands-on opportunity to coach teams, strengthen safety ownership and improve how risk is managed in a practical manufacturing environment.
